Arrival: After exiting the baggage claim, find our office in the middle of the corridor. Look for our sign hanging up on the wall. The key box is located on the wall, next to our office. Please follow the instructions emailed prior or stated on the key box to get your key. Wi-Fi/data is needed to access the rental key provided during After Hours reservation. If you cannot access Wi-Fi/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will guide you. When you have collected your key, go back to your right, down the corridor, and the exit will be on your left. When outside, follow the road to the right, and at the end, turn left. You will find the parking area straight ahead. Look for our flag at the center of the parking area, branded Enterprise/Alamo/National. Your vehicle has been checked for damages and if any, they are marked on your rental agreement, received on email after signing the agreement. Please take time to walk-around your vehicle before leaving the parking garage. If you notice any new damage, take a picture/video with time/date and contact our branch as soon as possible during working hours to inform us of the new damage. The exit is located at the end, furthest away from the airport. Return: Follow the signs to ‘Rental Car’. Entering the parking area, look for our flag marked with Alamo/Enterprise/National. Park your vehicle on an available stall marked for Alamo/Enterprise/National. Follow the road to the terminal and you will find the rental car area just inside the terminal. To drop off your key, please use the silver drop box, under the sharebox on the wall to the left side of the office. Follow the instructions on the display and enter the plate number on the key tag (i.e. UF12345) and your phone number. A slot will open. Place the key inside and close the slot firmly. If any issues or assistance are needed, please contact the 24-hour helpline who will guide you. The final invoice will be sent to your email within 72 hours. Important Information: To provide convenience to travelers, we provide 24/7 returns. Please note that returning outside business hours and depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until an Alamo/National/Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys when the rental branch opens the following working day.

All renters and additional drivers must be aged 19 or over to rent a car and have held a driving license for at least one year. A Young Driver Surcharge will be applicable for all drivers under the age of 25. When renting a vehicle, a driver qualified as a "young driver" pays an extra charge of 125 DKK per day and up to a maximum of 1250.00 DKK per rental including VAT as a "Young Driver Surcharge". Renters between the ages of 19 - 24 may rent all car groups except Standard Van, Fullsize, Premium and Luxury categories.

Cross border rental is considered a vehicle picked up in Denmark, taken across an International border and returned to a location in Denmark. Cross border travel is permitted into Sweden and Norway at any time. Cross border travel is allowed in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Vatican City with prior notification and approval by the branch. Cross border travel outside of the countries listed above is not allowed at any time. Additional information will be provided at the time of pickup regarding the rules and regulations of cross border travel. A penalty fee of 20,000 DKK plus the cost of transporting the vehicle back to Denmark will apply for an unauthorized drop-off of the rental vehicle. The purchase of Roadside Assistance Protection is mandatory when traveling outside of Denmark. It is permitted to take the vehicle on board ferries, provided that the above cross border policy complies.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional coverage that is included in all reservations and reduces the renter’s financial responsibility in the event of damage and theft of the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and applicable laws. If not included in the rate, CDW is available for purchase. This coverage product does not include damage to the tires or windshield of the vehicle. If purchased or included in the rate, the standard deductible is reduced from 5000 DKK to 3000 DKK for all vehicles.

Collision Damage Waiver does not cover damage to the vehicle due to using the wrong fuel. Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, an unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.

The cost of the rental includes Time and Distance and Unlimited Kilometers. All domestic residents have limited mileage (100km/day) when renting a car in Denmark. We reserve the right to requalify the product to limited mileage for any domestic resident.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. If the customer prefers not to refuel the car, this service is available for purchase at the counter at the time of the rental. If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel and no prepaid fuel has been purchased at the time of the rental, the renter will be charged 30 DKK including VAT per liter of fuel when refueling.

Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations. A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.

Personal Accident Insurance is an optional coverage which covers the driver and all passengers of the rental vehicle in the event of an accident up to 120,000 DKK. in the event of death, up to 1,000,000 DKK in the event of disability and up to 25,000 DKK per person for reasonable and necessary expenses associated with dental damage. If more than 5 people in the vehicle, the compensation is calculated proportionately. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for an additional fee of 45 DKK per day.

A valid credit card in the name of the renter is required for an authorization, which will be held on the card. American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted for authorization at the time of rental and for payment at the end of the rental. The authorization of 5000.00 DKK is held on the customer's credit card for the damage and theft excess plus the estimated total rental price. If extra cover (Super Collision Damage Waiver, Tires and Windshield Protection, Super Theft Protection and Roadside Assistance) is subscribed locally we will take an authorization of 1000.00 DKK plus the estimated total rental price on the credit card. The authorisation on the customer’s credit card is automatically released when the rental is closed and all final payments have been made. Debit cards, cash and travelers checks are not accepted at any time.

Our Extended Roadside Assistance is an optional addition that gives you 24/7 roadside assistance throughout Europe. Should you be unlucky enough to get a flat tire or have your rental car damaged, there is always help available with Extended Roadside Assistance. If you have to drive outside Denmark's borders, Roadside Assistance Protection is a mandatory addition. This insurance does not apply if a breach of the lease has been found or if the wrong fuel has been added to the car.

All renters and additional drivers must be 19 or older, have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their name. All drivers between the ages of 19 - 24 will have a young driver fee attached. International renters must also provide a valid passport. The primary renter must provide a major credit card in their own name at the time of the rental. In addition to the normal driving license, an international driving license is also mandatory if the driving license is not written in Danish or English and - or are in characters that cannot be read or understood in Denmark, or if the driving license is not valid in the European Union. Please note that the international driving license is valid only if accompanied by the normal driving license. For luxury and special models we require two credit cards - including at least one major credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express - and an authorization will be requested on each credit card. RESIDENCY - Reservations made on non-Danish websites with a Danish IP-number, are not valid for Danish residents registered with the Danish Registry of Citizenship - Folkeregister. Due to tax regulations, Danish residents can only book a rental with pickup in Denmark at www.enterprise.dk, or by choosing Denmark as country of residence on any other booking sources. A Danish resident is someone that has a permanent address in Denmark, are liable to pay tax in Denmark, or spend more than 180 days in Denmark in the last 12 months, independent of nationality or citizenship. Super Collision Damage Waiver is an optional coverage which reduces the renters financial responsibility in the event of damage to the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws. This insurance product does not include damage to the tires or windshield of the vehicle. It is available for an additional fee of 70 DKK per day and reduces the excess for damage of the vehicle from 3,000 DKK to 0 DKK per damage.

No shuttle is required. Upon entering the Arrivals Hall turn right and you will see the rental counter after 30 meters.

Third Party Liability insurance is mandatory by law and included with all rental rates. Liability insurance covers per accident, personal injury or death up to 121,000,000.00 DKK and property damage up to 24,000,000.00 DKK - 2018. Third Party insurance cover amounts are adjusted each year from the 1st of January. The liability insurance does not cover injury to the driver of the rental vehicle but third parties, passengers, are covered. It also does not cover the renter’s property or cover damages to a connected vehicle on the rental like a caravan or trailer.

Theft Protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renter’s financial responsibility in the event of theft or partial theft of the vehicle. The coverage provided by theft protection is conditional on the police being informed without delay regarding the theft or attempted theft of the vehicle, the vehicle being fully locked, the windows being fully closed and the keys to the car being kept in a secure location. It is mandatory that a police report and the car keys for the rental vehicle be returned to the rental station. If purchased, the coverage reduces the deductible from 3000 DKK to 0 DKK.

Tire and Windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renter’s financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires or windshield of the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and applicable laws. It is available for purchase and reduces the deductible for damage to the undercarriage, the tires, or the windshield of the vehicle from 5,000 DKK to 0 DKK.
