Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
Age Requirements
Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 18, and no maximum rental age
Drivers under the age of 22 are unable to pay with cash
Renters age 18 - 21 are required to purchase Collision Damage Waiver
Cross Border Policy
Unrestricted driving within the island of Guam only.
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional for economy to fullsize and mandatory for premium and above.
You may purchase CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss of the vehicle.
A deductible will apply. If CDW is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.
One Way Drop Policy
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental.
One way charges cannot be prepaid.
Refueling Service
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A surcharge will also apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that it had when was pickup to avoid extra fuel charges.
Insurance Policy
Zero Deductible Coverage (ZDC) – Zero Deductible Coverage is not insurance. The purchase of ZDC is optional for the customer.
The customer may purchase ZDC for an additional fee. If you purchase ZDC, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the ZDC, to contractually waiver your responsibility for all costs of damage that may occur to the rental vehicle.
The purchase of this coverage reduces the customer's damage responsibility on the rented vehicle and third party property to $0.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked in advance of their scheduled pick up date (either online or by phone).
Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations. A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached in order to earn credit/points.
Personal Accident Insurance
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI1)The purchase of personal accident insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.
Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,000 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of (500,000 DOP) (approximately $17,250 USD).
Forms of Payment
A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, JCB®
An authorization on the credit card in the amount of $100 plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.
Renter Requirements
Must meet the location's minimum age requirements.
Present a valid driver's license from country of origin
Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental
This location accepts notorized Chinese Drivers License.
Arrival Directions
After the customer exits the luggage claim and customs, please proceed to the rental counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.
Koror
