Additional Driver
A daily charge of 7.00 EUR up to a maximum 105.00 EUR per rental for each additional authorized driver. Additional driver requests should be made at the start of rental. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. All insurances are valid for the additional driver or at the time of driving by the additional driver if included on the rental agreement. All fees quoted include VAT.
After Hours Service
After hours drop is only allowed at locations that are open 24hrs. The rental location must be informed of the return time at the beginning of the rental. If this results in a one way rental an additional fee may apply.
Age Requirements
The Mini, Economy, Economy Elite and Intermediate group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 1 year. The Minivan, Compact, Intermediate and Standard, Intermediate SUV, and Standard SUV group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for 2 years. The Premium, Luxury, and Full-size group of vehicles can be rented by those who are at least 27 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. There is no young drivers fee for any car groups.
Cross Border Policy
CROSS BORDER POLICY. CARS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DRIVEN OUT OF TURKEY AT ANY TIME.
Damage Waiver
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) reduces the liability you are responsible for in the event of damage to and/or theft of the vehicle. If the Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) is not included in the rental agreement, the renter is responsible for the total cost of the damages to the rented vehicle or the value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. It is available for purchase. If it is included, Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) applicable excess amounts are 500 EUR for Mini, Economy, Compact, Intermediate, and Standard groups, 700 EUR for Full Size and SUV groups, 1000 EUR for Premium groups, and 1500 EUR for Luxury groups. Damage to the underside, interior, and the roof is not covered. Any damage caused due to driver negligence and/or breach of the driving laws of the rental country is the responsibility of the renter and is not covered by CDWTP. In the event of an accident involving a 3rd party, or incidental damage or theft, the customer is responsible for obtaining a report from the police. Without a proper report, the client takes full responsibility.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection does not cover: tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, chipped or cracked windshield, wrong fuel, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances.
Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic lawas, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
One Way Drop Policy
One way travel is allowed between all Enterprise locations in Turkey with fees dependent on the one way route. One way travel outside of Turkey is not permitted.
Exclusive Policy
RATES INCLUDE RENTAL, TIME AND MILEAGE, SLP THIRD PARTY INSURANCE.
Refueling Service
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference in fuel plus an additional 20% service charge. VAT and local fees and surcharges will also apply to fuel charges.
Insurance Policy
SLP SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION THIRD PARTY LIABILITY MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTIES. DEATH OR INJURIES PER PERSON UP TO FIVE TRY 250.000 APPROX. 100,000 EUR PER PERSON, 1.250.000 TRY APPROX. 500.000 EUR PER ACCIDENT. VEHICLE DAMAGE 25.000 TRY APPROX. 10.000 EUR PER VEHICLE, 50.000 TRY APPROX. 20.000 EUR PER ACCIDENT. AS REQUIRED BY LAWS OF THE COUNTRY AND INCLUDED IN ALL RATES VAT IS INCLUDED IN ALL RATES.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Forms of Payment
All major debit and credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Debit cards can be used to settle any outstanding balances at the end of the rental. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 100 EUR for the categories mini and economy, 130 EUR for the categories intermediate, 200 EUR for the categories full size , and 250 EUR for the categories premium and luxury.
Renter Requirements
RENTER REQUIREMENTS. ALL DRIVERS AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS MUST PRODUCE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. IN ADDITION TO A VALID DRIVING LICENSE, ALL THE CLIENTS MUST PRESENT AN IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT. IF THE CUSTOMER IS FOREIGN HE OR SHE MUST PRESENT THE PAPER SEAL ON HIS OR HER PASSPORT AT THE RENTAL COUNTER.
Super Collision Damage Waiver
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) is optional coverage available only if Collision Damage Waiver (CDWTP) is included in the rate or purchased. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) inclusions and exclusions are applicable. This cover reduces your excess on CDWTP to zero. If it is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase. Damage to the underside, interior, and the roof is not covered. In the event of an accident involving a 3rd party, or incidental damage or theft, the customer is responsible for obtaining a report from the police. Without a proper report, the client takes full responsibility.

Supplemental Liability Protection
Third party Liability: Liability protection covers third party liability for third parties to a maximum of TRY 25000. As required by the laws of the country it is included in all rates.
